Living happy and healthy IS difficult.
You are torn in so many different directions.
Life is full of stress and chaos, dissonance and disagreements.
Life is full of deadlines, timelines, checkout lines.
And in the midst of all of this, you want to try and live the best life you can.
In fact, Oprah is asking us to make 2016 the year of our best body.
I want to go beyond that and live the best life I can.
Several years ago, I joined a Happiness Club. The ideas the mentor and speakers presented helped me make it through some difficult times. I moved to a new state in September of 2015. I miss the mentor and our once a month meetings so much, I am looking at ways to be a happiness mentor and organize a Happiness Club.
No, I’m not a nurse or doctor. I’m not schooled in the medical field, nor am I a certified coach of any kind.
